Gosh, I Hate to Cook Chili

I have never been able to make a decent chili from scratch.  Therefore, I devised this quick little recipe to satisfy my chili cravings.  Enjoy!

1 Pound of Ground Beef
1 - 26 ounce can of Chili Beans (I prefer Ranch Style Beans but any will do)
1 - 15 ounce can of Chili Beans
1/2 tsp Prepared Mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Chopped Raw Onion (optional)

In a heavy skillet brown ground beef until crumbly and no longer pink.  Drain on paper towels.  Either in same skillet or in a 2 quart saucepan, combine the cooked ground beef, chili beans, mustard and salt and pepper.  Simmer on low until nice and hot.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped onion, if desired.  Consider serving with corn bread for a delicious meal!
