Markers - Markers are used to specify
where a round begins and ends. Use a small piece of contrasting
yarn or a small safety pin placed in the stitch before the first stitch

Dress Finishing
Fold skirt in half
lengthwise; using a tapestry needle and main color yarn, sew back seam
closed. Sew shoulders straps to top back of skirt, do not criss-cross.
Hem Weave

115; finish off. Weave chain through openings in Row 9 of skirt
starting at the front. Tie ends together in a bow.
