Warning: Choking hazard due to small parts.  If you are making this item for a child under the age of 3 years please embroider facial features and eliminate the glasses.

Rnd 1) With Warm Brown, work 6 sc in second ch from hook, join to first sc with a sl st, DO NOT TURN (6 sc)

Rnd 2) 2 sc in next sc and in each sc around (12 sc)

Rnd 3) 2 sc in each sc around (24 sc)

Rnd 4) *sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat from * around (36 sc)

Skirt

Row 1) With Autumn Ombre, ch 48, dc in third ch from hook and in each remaining ch across; ch 3 turn (47 dc)

Dress Finishing

Fold skirt in half lengthwise; using a tapestry needle and main color yarn, sew back seam closed. Sew shoulders straps to top back of skirt, do not criss-cross.

Hem Weave Detail: With Soft White, ch 115; finish off.  Weave chain through openings in Row 9 of skirt starting at the front.  Tie ends together in a bow.

 

HAT
